The Banner Ministry began in 2009 under the direction of Wally Fowler, Minister of Music, Jeri Catt and Holly
Lancaster. Our Banners are used to provide a visual impact when presented with special music.
We would like to especially thank Paula Greene, Director of Banner Ministry, at Bellevue Baptist Church for her
inspiration and guidance in helping establish our Banner Ministry.
